Our Story

The Southerly House was established in 2021 after months of collaborating, planning, and decision-making. The Southerly House was once just a dream for a couple of childhood friends. Jennifer Branch and Amy Giersberg grew up playing on the playground, having spend the night parties, and wearing the worst of what the 80s and 90s had to offer together. It was a dream come true when in 2021 doors began to open that allowed their vision to come together and become a reality. In 2021, Jennifer and Amy were reunited with a third childhood friend, Phillip Santora, that joined them in their vision and has been an instrumental part of making The Southerly House what it is today. However, even with all of the hard work that these three owners have put into this venue, none of this would be possible with out God and His abundance of blessings.

The Southerly House hosted its first wedding in April 2022 and has big plans to continue to grow this venue into THE premier event venue in the southeast.

Perfectly located in the center of 66 plus acres of beautiful countryside, The Southerly House has the unique opportunity for endless growth. It is the passion and dedication that is poured into this venue by its owners and the love shown for it by the community that will make this an event space that is sought after for many years to come.
