Sunday thru Thursday:  Up to 50 people $150 per hour or $500 for 4 hours

Friday or Saturday:  Up to 50 people $250 per hour or $800 for 4 hours

Includes: Use of venue space, porches, and grounds

Choice of round or rectangle tables, two 8' buffet tables, or three 6' buffet tables

Access to basic décor

Access to Prep Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and warming oven

Generous Parking

The Southerly House does all set-up and breakdown of table and chairs

Cleaning provided except for food and drink
