Access to all venue spaces, gardens, and acreage - golf cart provided upon request

Tables and chairs (300 chairs on site)

Use of firepit, gas fireplaces and outdoor porch heater during winter months

Stunning and spacious bridal suite with lounge and dressing areas

Grooms’ suite and patio area equipped with tv, games and personal mini kitchen

Prep kitchen includes a refrigerator, warming oven, microwave, sink and prep tables

Private vendor lounge

Venue staff member on-site during the event to attend to any venue-related concerns

Generous parking, access to drop-off area 2 hours prior to the event

Full access to The Southerly House extensive décor closet

One hour access to the venue for bridal portraits (to be scheduled)

Assistance with designing floor plan that fits the needs of your wedding

Set up and break-down of ceremony and reception space

Break down services post-event
